" It’s cliché, but I couldn’t possibly find the words to describe what Jane and Rhianna did for my family. Losing a pet is one of the most awful experiences in your life. Adding to the loss, you have anxiety about your pet being treated properly after death and ensuring that the ashes you receive are the correct ones. At Eildon View, you can be completely at ease knowing that your pet is very well cared for and that you are as well - being given the time you need to say goodbye. I didn’t know when I would see my wife smile again, but she smiled leaving Eildon as she knew that Jane took great care of her and we were able to give Miley a proper final journey. " I had to say goodbye to my beautiful boy Olly last week. From the first contact with Jane and Rhianna they were amazing. Such down to earth people. They made me a cuppa and just chatted with me about Olly and dogs in general. Honestly I’m so glad I chose Eildon View for my boys final hours on earth. I know he will have been taken care of. " Cannot fault Jane and Rhianna for anything. They collected my girl from the vets as soon as I called them and I felt so validated in my feelings from start to finish. They truly understand the heart ache and do an amazing job in honouring our special pets, they are so mindful of how fragile we are in these times. I was told the exact time Petulia’s service started to I could light a candle in memory of her and Jane even gave her a cuddle and told her how loved she is beforehand. This has been such a tough time but the care my girl has had has helped take the sharp edges off it.
I collected her today and was greeted by a happy Dookie which made my day, he is the first dog I’ve met since my girl passed and I think he healed me a bit.
They have took multiple amazing nose prints of my girl which are on display in their front room, foam paw prints which are my favourite and so much better than the ink ones I did, a gorgeous casket, small collecting of ashes for jewellery and a card with a beautiful sentiment. Thankyou so much ladies for handling Petulia and I so gracefully. Eternally grateful "

" We really can't thank Jane at Eildon View Pet Crematorium enough for the compassion she showed when we needed it most. To say we were heartbroken the day we lost our beautiful Tink is an understatement.
As soon as I spoke to Jane I knew my beautiful boy would be looked after so well. Jane was so very understanding and seen to everything and more with such care.
